Connect your online shop, ERP, accounting and CRM.
We connect your systems so that orders, customers, products and documents flow automatically to where they are needed. No retyping, no double maintenance.
Your systems work side by side instead of together.
Shop orders are typed into the ERP, customer data is copied into the CRM, documents are exported and imported again for accounting. Every manual transfer costs time, and when a record is wrong, the customer is often the first to notice.
Data flows automatically and traceably between your systems, and if something fails, you know straight away.
- Who it is for
- Small and mid-sized companies whose shop, ERP, accounting or CRM only exchange data through manual work.
- How you recognise success
- Your systems exchange data automatically, and errors surface before they reach the customer.
What you get
-
System inventory
Which system holds which data, which interfaces (APIs) or export formats it offers, and where data is transferred by hand today.
-
Data mapping and rules
Which system is the source of truth, how fields map to each other and what happens on conflicts or missing data. Written down and agreed with you.
-
Interface with tests
The integration itself, with automated tests, retries on failures and a log of every transfer.
-
Monitoring and support
Alerts on errors, documentation and, if you wish, support when a connected system changes.
Exactly what you need?
Tell us briefly what it is about. You get a personal reply with the next steps.

Frequently asked questions
Your question is missing? Call us or write to us.
Which systems can be connected?
Anything that offers an interface (API) or an export format: online shops such as Shopware, Shopify or WooCommerce, ERP and inventory systems, accounting, CRM, mailboxes and files such as CSV or Excel. We check beforehand how well a system can be connected.
Our system has no official interface. Is it still possible?
Often yes, for example through regular exports and imports, a database connection or an add-on from the vendor. We show you the options with their pros and cons before anything is built.
What happens when a transfer fails?
The interface retries, logs the error and alerts the person in charge. A problem shows up instead of data going missing unnoticed.
What does an interface cost?
It depends on the systems, the data volume and the rules. After a short assessment of your systems you receive an offer with a fixed scope, at a fixed price if you prefer.
